CSC Design utilized our combined Architectural and Civil Engineering talents early in the development of Rox Fine Wine and Spirits through our extensive due diligence process. Our combined in-house efforts led to the early understanding of the jurisdictional constraints associated with the Rox property. While navigating the jurisdictional constraints, CSC was able to generate a design style that was new to the area, which subsequently led to setting a new design aesthetic for future and existing adjacent properties. This natural light-filled retail establishment invites patrons to peruse the various fine wine and liquor offerings while affording staff and ownership safety and security.
