CSC Design performed Architectural and Civil Engineering Design for this project. Located on a 13.31-acre lot, this striking multi-tenant office/warehouse building is 133,752 square feet and is sited in a boomerang shape to maximize the footprint, given site constraints. Spaces are illuminated with clerestory windows to allow diffused light to enter the workspaces while reducing the effects of direct sunlight. The project design included a parking lot, utilities, and landscape improvements. The building is a concrete tilt wall shell building. Highland Ridge Business Center Phase 2 provides 188 spaces for automobile parking and 33 spaces for trailer parking. The project also includes 32 dock-high doors, three drive-in doors, and three dock-high knockouts.
