This innovative 88,800 square foot, 3-story design-build climate controlled self-storage is setting trends. This pioneering project includes rentable private offices, a tenant conference room, a leasing office with a beverage and snack station, and controlled storage units. The project consists of two drive-up buildings and two elevators, allowing loading and unloading on multiple floors.
Along with the building design, CSC provided extensive Civil Engineering design for the project. Primary structural systems included a pre-engineered metal building with a combination of brick veneer and pre-finished vertical metal wall panels.
