This design-build project is part of the innovative plan to redevelop the Cherokee County Airport and its surrounding area into an economic engine for the region’s development. This 11-acre site includes a shell office warehouse, including an area for future tenant build-out. The primary structural system is a pre-engineered metal building with a combination of brick veneer and pre-finished vertical metal wall panels. The 30,000-square-foot building provides each tenant space, a dock, and drive-in doors along the truck court.
Part of this project was the 10,000-square-foot interior build-out of LADE Electric. The interior tenant finish for this electrical supply distributor included the build-out of new offices, a reception area, a conference room, a racked storage warehouse, staff restrooms, and a breakroom.
