CSC Design provided Architectural Design Services for this design-build project, including two identical 6,900 shell single-story medical office buildings. Design requirements included matching the existing buildings within the development while providing maximum flexibility for future tenant finish. These traditional red brick buildings are designed with three separate entrances, topped with pediments. The Palladian entrance doors are flanked with white Doric columns.
