This design-build project is a thoughtfully designed retail center providing multi-tenant shell space. This center is designed to provide maximum flexibility for future retail and restaurant tenants. Significant thought was given to the public perception of the brands, including signage, storefront design, and customer flow throughout the center. Through these practical design principles, we created the best possible retail experience. The aesthetics create an inviting, functional environment. The façade features brick, full bed stone, and cultured stone veneers. The client requested multiple design iterations to include a second-story patio for a future restaurant tenant. Value engineering was provided early in the design to align the budget with the design. The center is designed with additional security for the high-end jewelry store.
